Zack joins Aeterna Group’s leadership team after a distinguished tenure at CSArch, one of Aeterna Group’s founding firms, where he most recently served as Managing Principal and Director of Engineering. Throughout his career, Zack has built a reputation for driving operational excellence, efficiencies, fostering collaboration across disciplines, and leading teams through periods of growth.
As Senior Vice President of Operations, Zack will expand his focus to support the strategic and operational success of Aeterna Group’s national collective of firms. In his new role, he will work across all five brands to strengthen alignment, enhance operational performance, and help scale the organization for future growth.
Zack’s promotion into this position reflects Aeterna Group’s commitment to developing leaders from within and leveraging the deep expertise that exists across our collective of established brands. His prior experiences and demonstrated successes position him to play a key role in shaping the next chapter of Aeterna Group.
