Ashley Nichols joins Aeterna Group’s Leadership Team as Senior Vice President of Human Resources
WASHINGTON, DC (October 2, 2026) – Aeterna Group is excited to welcome Ashley Nichols into the role of Senior Vice President of Human Resources!
Ashley is a dynamic and visionary HR executive with more than 25 years of experience driving enterprise transformation and leading people strategy across the architecture, technology, healthcare, and professional services industries. Ashley received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Georgia, is a Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) Senior Certified Professional, and also holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) Certification.
Most recently, she served as the Senior Director of Human Resources for an architectural firm where she designed the firm’s first enterprise-wide Talent Experience framework, modernized HR infrastructure, led company modernizations and policy updates to reflect post-pandemic workplace norms, and served as a company leader partnering with other departments to impact company culture.
As SVP of Human Resources, Ashley will provide strategic leadership for Aeterna Group’s human resources functions, ensuring that our HR strategy is unified throughout all of our regions. Ashley will partner closely with the executive leadership to align people strategies with business objectives, establish scalable HR processes, harmonize compensation, consolidate benefits programs, strengthen talent acquisition efforts, and drive cultural integration initiatives.
